    Presents:

 

 A talk on her searches in South America for the other relatives of the pencil fish Nannostomus; that is the other members of the family Lebiasinidae.  The Lebiasinins, Piabucina and Lebiasina and the Pyrrhulinins, Pyrrhulina, Copella (Splash tetra) and Copeina.  Only a few of these fishes are seen often it the hobby, they include the Splash tetra that spawns out of the water.  Marilyn talk will include collecting trip and fish pictures.  This is a great opportunity to learn about some unusual fishes we rarely see.
